Triathlon cross for the kids only since I haven't got a mountain bike for myself (and already borrowed the bikes for the kids).
Waking up at 5 a.m. to load the bikes, drive up to the other side of the island and have the kids checking in the bikes at 8 a.m.
I learned from my mistake from a few weeks ago (waiting and in the end no swimming) to swim a quick 250m to measure the laps before they started and did another 500m when the adults were @cycling
After dinner resting after eating I've been taking my own bike and went for a 35km alone. Just day lol
