One day Svinni heard that in hot Spanish-speaking countries there is some mysterious Siesta! The piglet conducted a thorough study of this burning issue and found out everything! Now the pig will describe the situation on the ground for you! It turns out that siesta is when you do nothing for 2-3 hours in the middle of a hot sunny day and even sleep! That's the life! A real dolce vita! A day off in the middle of the working day! Hey! We need that too! How did we ever live without Siesta? But since sleeping in broad daylight is some kind of unbridled piggishness (and Svinni is not like that!), Svinni and Cthulhu began to practice their own little Svinesta.
Right in the middle of the day, the comrades sit down at the table with buns and cookies and drink coffee. And if someone comes with some questions, now they always answer that they need to come later! Svinni and Cthulhu are currently having their Svinesta! We can't accept them! We're very busy! Actually, they used to do this, but then there was no cast-iron excuse about "svinesta". And now there is such an excuse, and daytime gluttony and doing nothing during the day have become legalized! Huh?! What?! It's raining and cold outside?! It's still summer in our souls anyway, and in the summer it can be hot, and since it can be hot, then we have svinesta! We don't know anything! Hmm, it's December?! And for a good pig, cold weather is no reason to refuse svinesta!

Eines Tages hörte Svinni, dass es in heißen spanischsprachigen Ländern eine geheimnisvolle Siesta gibt! Das Ferkel hat dieses brennende Thema gründlich untersucht und alles herausgefunden! Jetzt wird das Schwein euch die Situation vor Ort beschreiben! Es stellt sich heraus, dass Siesta bedeutet, mitten an einem heißen, sonnigen Tag zwei bis drei Stunden lang nichts zu tun und sogar zu schlafen! So ist das Leben! Ein echtes Dolce Vita! Ein freier Tag mitten im Arbeitstag! Hey! Das brauchen wir auch! Wie konnten wir nur jemals ohne Siesta leben? Aber da Schlafen am helllichten Tag eine Art ungezügelter Schweinerei ist (und Svinni ist nicht so!), begannen Svinni und Cthulhu, ihre eigene kleine Svinesta zu praktizieren.
Mitten am Tag sitzen die Kameraden mit Brötchen und Keksen am Tisch und trinken Kaffee. Und wenn jemand mit Fragen kommt, antworten sie jetzt immer, dass er später kommen muss! Svinni und Cthulhu feiern gerade ihre Svinesta! Wir können sie nicht annehmen! Wir haben alle Hände voll zu tun! Früher haben sie das zwar gemacht, aber damals gab es noch keine hieb- und stichfeste Ausrede mit „Svinesta“. Und jetzt gibt es eine solche Ausrede, und Völlerei und Nichtstun am Tag sind legalisiert! Hä?! Was?! Draußen regnet es und ist kalt?! In unseren Seelen ist es sowieso noch Sommer, und im Sommer kann es heiß sein, und weil es heiß sein kann, gibt es Svinesta! Wir wissen gar nichts! Hmm, es ist Dezember?! Und für ein gutes Schwein ist kaltes Wetter kein Grund, Svinesta abzulehnen!
Und dann lernte Svinni das Wort „Mañana“ kennen. Oh, das war Balsam für die verletzte Schweineseele! Warum heute etwas tun, wenn man es morgen in aller Ruhe tun kann … oder übermorgen … oder … braucht man es wirklich noch? Oftmals löst sich das Problem nach einiger Zeit von selbst und man muss nichts mehr tun! Svinesta und Svinmañana sind jetzt unser Ein und Alles! Wie haben wir vorher ohne sie gelebt?!
