20-minute fitness - Sunday bodyweight circuit.

Personally, for my own training I like to keep it structured throughout the week and on the weekends take the opportunity to be a tad more inventive and try and have some fun. So as it is the weekend I will keep the post brief and straight to the point if you are stuck for some inspiration try this cardio circuit I devised using no equipment apart from your own bodyweight.
"Ok I'm using fun in the loosest sense of the word"
5 min warm-up - Jog, stair climbing, walking, bike (pick whatever you like)
A1: Jumping Jacks 45 sec A2: Mountain climbers 45 sec A3: High knees on the spot 45 sec A4: Shadowboxing, 45 sec Rest 15sec between exercises, repeat twice
B1: Groiners 45 sec B2: Burpees 45 sec B3: Jumping splits squats 45 sec B4: Spread eagle situps 45 sec Rest 15sec between exercises, repeat twice
